RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At The Modern Apostle™️, all of our products are made-to-order through a print-on-demand process. This allows us to offer unique, faith-driven items created specifically for you.
Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to customer error, such as incorrect size, color, or a change of mind.
However, if your item arrives damaged or there is a clear manufacturing defect, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund. To request this, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include a clear photo showing the issue. In some cases involving multiple items, a group photo or video may be required.

There is no need to return damaged products.

Minor print variations (within 0.5 inches) on DTG apparel are not considered defects.

For undeliverable packages, a reprint can be arranged for an additional fee or you may request a partial refund.

• Each item in our store may have a different production and fulfillment timeline depending on the product type, production partner, and stock availability. This means shipping timeframes may vary significantly between products.
• Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages and on different days, as they may be fulfilled by different facilities or shipped at different times depending on availability and method of production.
• Our internal processing and fulfillment typically begins within 1–3 business days of order placement. Production time can vary but is generally 2–7 business days before an item is shipped.
• Estimated delivery dates are provided based on standard fulfillment times and shipping carrier estimates. However, delivery may be affected by carrier delays, location, or unforeseen production issues.
